This educational seminar will offer participants the opportunity to learn the
basics of “healthy self” and healthy relationships while exploring the dilemmas of narcissistic wounding and the narcissistic/codependent relationship.

- Redefining boundaries and untangling the double bind
- Empowerment strategies - developing the assertiveness toolkit

Part II – Ongoing Discovering the Healthy Self Support Group
Part
II is $20 per group
This support group is available to all participants who complete the Part I workshop. Eleanor Payson will provide support for members to work on their ongoing recovery from codependency.

Kate Smith, MA, LLP will be taking a sabbatical this year from co-presenting and co-facilitating the Healthy Self Program - Part I and II. She will, however, be co-authoring with Eleanor their forthcoming guidebook (Return from Oz: Discovering the Healthy Self ) to be released in the Spring of 2009, which covers the class material developed during the past four years of conducting the Discovering the Healthy Self program. see Kate's BIO
